Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli-pepper, Black pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Garlic, Ginger Powder, Kashmiri Mirch Powder, Salt, Green Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Mace, Black Cardamom & Anish Star
STEPS OF COOKING
1. Fry 3/4th quantity of the onions and green chillies till golden brown.
Keep aside to cool.
2. NDH Chilli Chicken Masala and green chillies after adding coriander and mint leaves.
3. Take oil in a big pan and fry cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, Ndh cumin powder , onions and the paste one by one.
4. Put the chicken and mix well. Let it cook till tender.
