NDH Chhola Masala helps you create mild and delicious Chickpeas Curry for regular meals.
Ingredients:
Coriander, cumin, Chilli-pepper, Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Black pepper, Turmeric, salt, black salt, Mace, Ginger, Green Cardamom, Pipla, Anise Star, Cloves, Garlic, Nutmeg, Onion, Fenugreek, papaya seed, Bay leaf, Dry Mango.
STEPS OF COOKING
1.Heat oil, fry onions until golden.
2.Add Chhola and NDH Chhola Masala. Stir fry for a few minutes.
3.Add Chilli and tomato. Stir fry for another few minutes.
4.Add 2-3 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until Chhola is tender.
