STEPS OF COOKING
1.In hot oil fry the onions for a few minutes.
2.Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
3.Add vegetables, NDH MIX Masala and fry for a few minutes.
4.Stir and add desired quantity of water if necessary.
5.Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
